Tres palabras muy bonitas en los tres idiomas que significan lo mismo: el intercambio de objetos o servicio entre personas en cambio de otros objetos o servicios, sin utilizar dinero.

El trueque es la primera forma historica de trato comercial (el dinero ha nacido mucho después), que se basa en el un valor de uso que doy a mi propio objeto y no en parámetros monetario, para obtener bienes que no puedo producir por mi mismo.

Three very nice words in the three languages ​​that mean the same: the exchange of objects or services between people without using money. 

Swaping or bartering was the first form of historic trade (money was born much later) where the person who was trading would give a value to the item he/she was swaping, without using any monetary parameters, in order to “acquire” goods they cannot produce themselves. 

Ahora mas que nunca, en nuestra epoca de crisis, el trueque ha vuelto a ser una practica en uso y se ha puesto de moda entre la gente. Han nacido y están naciendo muchos espacios, físicos y virtuales, donde la gente pueda intercambiar sus bienes y servicios sin necesidad de gastar dinero: bancos de tiempo, sitios internet de intercambio de objetos, eventos de trueque, mercados, ecc... A este ahorro de dinero que se produce con el trueque, sigue tambien un beneficio en términos medioambientales! Evitando de tirar lo que no usamos, evitamos de producir y acumular volumenes de basura que contaminan nuestros territorios. 
Es todo una ventaja hacer trueque!!!

The money saved by swaping also follows an environmental discourse because instead of throwing away something we do not need anymore, we can exchange it with someone who might find it useful and thus avoiding throwing away what we do not use, and producing more waste that pollute our lands.

En este periodo con mi amiga Justine, una de las chicas maravillas, hemos empezado a hacer trueque de nuestros desechos y me parece una genial idea para apoyarnos mutualmente en nuestro trabajo.

Justine es una diseñadora profesional de joyería (su tienda en etsy) y trabaja con materiales de reuso: su favorito es la corcholata, que transforma y moldea en maravillosos aretes, collares y pulseras... 

Recently I started swaping with my friend Justine, one of the chicas maravillas, items that some people might consider waste but that we consider raw materials for our creations; a great way to mutually support each other. 

Justine is a professional jewelry designer (her etsy shop) and uses waste materials in her work, her favorite material being bottle caps, which she transforms and molds into beautiful earrings, necklaces and bracelets.

Junto a esto, produce tambien ropa para niños y mamas con la marca My Baby Gorilla y de esta actividad se crean muchos retazos de tela que ya no puede utilizar por el tamaño reducido de cada pieza. Así es que me los deja a mi para crear mis accesorios. Y por fin ahora tengo telas de colores que nunca he encontrado entre los retazos de las tiendas!!!

Justine also designs and creates clothing items for children and moms, My Baby Gorilla brand, ending up with many scraps of fabric that can no longer be used because they are too small to use so she swap them to me so that I could use them to create my accessories. Now I can finally have fabrics of many different colors that I have never been able to find among the remnants of fabric stores!

En cambio yo le estoy recolectando todas las corcholatas que encuentre en mi camino, aun que para rellenar toda la canastita todavia me falta mucho... 
Por suerte en este periodo me ha tocado participar a varias fiestas así que pido que me guarden las tapas para mi amiga. No puedo tomarme toda esta cerveza en tan poco tiempo! 

As part of the swap, I started collecting all the bottle caps that I could possibly find, even if it will take me a lot of time to fill this little basket...

Fortunately I have gone to several parties in the last months where I have collected many bottle caps for my friend. I would not be able to drink that much beer so little time!
